We are partnered with local schools and work in conjunction with Herts for Learning (HFL), meaning we are offered regular cover work, as well as some long-term opportunities.

In your role as a cover teacher, you will...

• Play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teachers
• Have the flexibility to cover classes across KS1 and KS2, adapting to different educational settings and requirements
• Create strong relationships with pupils and other staff members
• Mark work completed in your lessons, providing appropriate and effective feedback

Requirements...

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong, adaptable teaching approach with the ability to engage students of varying abilities
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to inspire all students
• Availability to start as soon as possible with a minimum availability of 2 days per week
• A current DBS check or willingness to undergo one
