We are seeking a dedicated Children's Tutor to join our client team based in the Bishop's Stortford area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing students' interests and preferences into their learning to maximise engagement.
  • Collaborating with our Wellbeing team to implement effective strategies and interventions.
  • Managing behaviour to create a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Taking accountability for student attainment, progress, and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum education to A-level standard or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Some experience in planning, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating lessons (Desirable).
  • Experience working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (Desirable).
