I am currently recruiting for a Director of Governance and Assurance for my HE client based in the South East. The post holder will be accountable for managing an ongoing review of university's governance structures, policies, and procedures. They will also act as Secretary to Council and oversee the university's risk management frameworks.
𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
🔹 Profound experience of legal compliance and assurance in HE
🔹 Strong knowledge of policy frameworks surrounding corporate governance
🔹 Experience operating at board level with executive and non-executive members
