Job Overview:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in matching skilled educators with rewarding opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating successful placements. If you are passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for various educational positions.

• Building and maintaining a network of qualified educators and educational institutions.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and placements.

• Staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and changes in education policies to provide informed consultation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, with a focus on education or related fields; or a similar sales-focused environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with education systems, policies, and certification requirements.
