Your new role
Our Public Sector client is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the identification and procurement of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets our organisational needs and integrates seamlessly with our existing IT infrastructure.
The key responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of our current processes and systems to determine CRM requirements.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions in the market.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather detailed requirements.
  • Develop a procurement strategy that aligns with public sector regulations and standards.
  • Lead the CRM system implementation project, including configuration, customisation, and deployment.
  • Ensure the new CRM system integrates with existing applications and data sources.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application within large organisations.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading large-scale IT projects.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
