Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, focusing on their individual learning goals and targets.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and included.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly ASD, ADHD, and global delay.
• Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' learning and development.
