If this sounds like you, apply today to become a cover supervisor in one of our fantastic schools in Suffolk. We are looking for candidates who have got experience with behaviour management and will be able to keep a calm learning environment when the teacher is away.
Your responsibilities:
If you work as a cover supervisor, you will be tasked with:
- Distributing the work that was left behind for the students to complete whilst the teacher is absent
- Maintaining an orderly classroom and handing out sanctions when appropriate
- Liaising with other members of staff in regards to student behaviour and well-being
- Supporting the students in the classes you have been allocated with their learning
Requirements:
In order to work as a cover supervisor for one of our schools, you will need to have:
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The willingness to further develop your skills
- Reliability and strong time-keeping skills
- Engaging and open personality
- Availability to work between the hours of 8:30 - 15:30
