The school are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in Key Stage 1 during teacher absence. You will supervise classes, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed and maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different Key Stage 1 classes.
