We specialize in supporting children and young people (Key Stage 2 to 4) with a range of needs, including Autism, Learning Difficulties, Social/Emotional/Mental Health challenges, Communication barriers, PTSD, Anxiety, and more.

Role Details:

📚 Salary: Paid to scale (M1-UPS3)

📍 Location: Latimer, West London (W10)

📅 Contract: Temp to Perm/Permanent

🚀 Start Date: April 2024

Responsibilities Include:

1. Providing pastoral care for a group of pupils
2. Managing professional responsibilities
3. Subject leadership

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

✨ Tailoring curricula to meet the diverse needs of each child

✨ Creating an engaging and motivating learning environment

✨ Collaborating with specialist staff to plan and deliver a differentiated curriculum

✨ Providing pastoral care and support in liaison with families and SLT

✨ Maintaining up-to-date records on pupil progress

✨ Line-managing Special Support Assistants

✨ Building strong partnerships with parents, health professionals, and support staff
