Job Duties:

The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing classes in a Primary School in Lutterworth,  in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students stay on task and follow the pre-prepared work provided. They will manage classroom behaviour and provide support to students as needed. This position is likely to involve covering across KS1 and KS2 in the primary school. 

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of A Levels qualification is required.

Education:

A Levels

Experience:

Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Efficient in managing classroom activities
• Highly organised with the ability to follow schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

Any additional teaching or classroom management certifications would be beneficial.

Working Conditions:

The Cover Supervisor role involves working in a school environment, managing classroom activities and student behaviour. The individual must be able to adapt to different teaching styles and work well under pressure.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
