Room Leader

Location: Hendon, London

Salary: £28k + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 40 hour per week, 8am - 6pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established childcare nursery, committed to providing exceptional care and fostering children's growth in a loving and fun environment.

The Role:

As a Nursery Room Leader, youwill play a pivotal role in providing exemplary care and education for children within our nursery setting. This position requires someone who is not only knowledgeable about early childhood development but also possesses strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of nursery practitioners.

Flexible working is available ( Monday to Thursday, with pay pro-rated)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care and supervision to children.
• Create stimulating and educational activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
• Possess level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Understanding of EYFS Framework.
• Ideally have 2+ years' experience in nursery or childcare.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
