We're seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join SEN schools in the South West London area. If you're ready to inspire, support, and empower SEN students, this role is for you!

Position: SEN Educator

Location: South West London

Salary: Paid according to your teaching scale (£180 - £240 per day)

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of SEN students.
• Provide individualised support and accommodations to facilitate learning and development.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and confidence.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student progress.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Address behavioural and emotional challenges with empathy and effective intervention.
• Promote independence, social skills, and self-esteem among SEN students.

SEN Needs You May Encounter:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Dyslexia and Dyscalculia
• Speech and Language Disorders
• Sensory Processing Disorders
• Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching SEN students is highly desirable
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
