SEN Class Teachers needed in South West London

We're seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join SEN schools in the South West London area. If you're ready to inspire, support, and empower SEN students, this role is for you!
Position: SEN Educator
Location: South West London
Salary: Paid according to your teaching scale (£180 - £240 per day)
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Provide individualised support and accommodations to facilitate learning and development.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student progress.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Address behavioural and emotional challenges with empathy and effective intervention.
- Promote independence, social skills, and self-esteem among SEN students.
SEN Needs You May Encounter:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Dyslexia and Dyscalculia
- Speech and Language Disorders
- Sensory Processing Disorders
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching SEN students is highly desirable
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
