Primary School Teaching Assistant in Manchester (M18)

A school in Manchester, Gorton are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team – long term, to support pupils and teachers with the general day to day duties in school. The role will be supporting in classes from Early Years (4 years old ) up to Year 6 (11 years old.) As you’ll be supporting various classes throughout the school, no day will be the same! A great opportunity for somebody who already has previous experience working with children. You must have experience previously working with children.

About the role:

• Full Time – term time.
• Supporting with work preparation, maths and literacy support, supporting pupils in small groups or offering 1:1 support.
• An ability to work with different Primary School ages (4 years old – 11 years old.)
• Hold a good attitude towards education!
• Be reliable and consistent!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
