You would be working for a large charity organisation as a senior employment specialist for a drug and alcohol service. Driving is essential as you will be covering the whole of Wiltshire, supporting a team of 2 employment specialists ensuring the delivery of a quality service supporting those with drug and alcohol addiction into employment. You will have a small caseload of your own to manage along with your other leadership duties including: 

• Managing frontline staff ensuring targets are met or exceeded. 
• Managing day to day running of the service.
• Providing support with business development.
• Nurturing relationships with employers.
• Inducting and training of staff.

The salary range for the role is £30,959 - £36,000 based on leadership and IPS experience.
