Are you a Learning Support Assistant looking for a new and exciting role in a specialist SEN provision?

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special educational needs?

One of our partnership SEN schools in South Manchester are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team!

In this role you will be under the supervision of the class teacher and support children with special educational needs including Autism, physical disabilities, and Sensory impairments in and outside of the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with SEN children in an education/care setting or through personal experience with SEN.
  • A proactive and positive approach to working with children
  • The ability to build relationships with students and staff
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service- this can be applied for through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
