Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Dudley Area

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide support to students in their learning when necessary
• Liaise with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the school day

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and engage with young people effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability to different classroom environments
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
• A genuine passion for education and supporting students’ development
