Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Support students' learning by providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Manage behavior and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in education and student progress.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Commitment to supporting the overall well-being and academic development of students.
