Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join the team as Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom activities and facilitating the learning process for students. From assisting teachers in lesson planning to providing one-on-one support to students, your contributions will help create an engaging and inclusive educational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and educational materials.
• Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of classroom activities and instructional strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Supervise students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A patient and compassionate attitude towards students.
• Relevant qualifications in education or related field preferred.
