A diverse and welcoming school in north Bristol is looking for a confident and charismatic educator ready for a challenge! We are hiring two friendly Cover Supervisors, full or part-time, to provide support for absent teachers.

The students at this school are exceptional and appreciate the positive impact staff have on their lives. Their mission, 'inspire today, empower for life,' drives everything they do, aiming high for their students without limits.

Experience as a cover supervisor or teacher is preferred, but we welcome those considering teaching as a career, provided they're quick learners.

Professional development opportunities are provided to upskill your practise too!

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Class supervision
  • Small group tutoring
  • Interventions,
  • Possibly online learning.

The suitable Educator should:

  • At least have A level education
  • Ideally a degree
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with youth
  • Maintain professionalism and composure
  • Build rapport
  • Maintain composure
  • Adhere to their behaviour systems

 We can offer you:  

  • A consultative relationship with a dedicated consultant who will actively represent you.  
  • Control your working diary – That be a few days a week to  full time.

  • Pay - Weekly pay based on your skills, experience, flexibility and availability. We do not use Umbrella companies that take a cut.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
