Flourish Education are recruiting a Class Teacher to work on a full-time and long-term basis in a two-form entry Primary School in the heart of Walsall.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Class Teacher to work in Year 3 where you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and marking students work in line with the school policy. Due to the school being two-form entry, planning will be shared with your year group partner to help foster a better work/life balance.

As a Class Teacher at our Client’s school, you will not be required to carry out parents evening but you will be required to assessment and contribute to the students end of year assessments and report writing.

Our client is looking for a Class Teacher with strong behaviour management skills and good general classroom management.

This Class Teacher role is due to start after the Easter Holidays and last until the end of the academic year with the potential for this role to continue in September 2024.

• Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
