The Candidate

• Will have the ability to develop and maintain a productive learning environment and have good behaviour management skills.
• Will have experience working with children in some form e.g., sports coaching, tuition etc.
• Must be flexible to cover subjects
• Good problem solving and communicational skills
• Very confident
• Good communicational skills
• Enjoy working with young people
• Experience of administering, assessing and marking tests
