Graduate Teaching Assistant required for ongoing temporary to permanent roles offering routes into teacher training and the chance to train across a variety of specialist fields.

Tradewind are continuing to support numerous schools cross Hertfordshire to source the next generation of teaching staff. We have a variety of posts in all major towns at schools looking for the best in local mentors for their pupils.

These are full time roles from 8:30-3:30 and include a wide range of duties from supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, supporting with subject specific lessons, leading small groups to improve numeracy or literacy levels and working closely with the schools specialist teams to offer every pupil the best chance to achieve their best.

Our support begins with an initial consultation to understand your strengths, experience, and areas of development. We then provide tailored training and resources to help you become familiar with the school's curriculum, policies, and procedures. This training includes classroom management strategies, safeguarding training, and behaviour management techniques.
