What will the role involve? 

• Providing support to the class teacher – Helping the teacher maintain control of student behaviour. 
• Working alongside students in class ensuring they are able to complete the work set by the class teacher and supporting them where necessary. 
• Working alongside pupils on a 1:1 basis, in and out of class to better the outcomes for each student. 
• Providing support to groups of identified students who may require additional support to achieve their target grades.
