The role

Vision for Education are seeking a supportive, nurturing, creative and inspirational teacher who can provide an individualised and highly personalised learning for their unique class of pupils. 

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a number of specialist schools within Grantham and surrounding areas to recruit for Special Needs Supply Teachers to work with children with SLD, PMLD, Learning and Sensory Needs. Children are likely to be working at levels below those typically expected for their age.

The school day starts at 8.45 and last lesson ends 14.14, however each day is focused on individual needs so may vary.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Special Needs Supply Teacher, you will:

• Be a qualified teacher.
• Have demonstrable experience of supporting and achieving exceptional outcomes with SEND learners within a mainstream or Special Needs setting.
• Have the ability to teach across the curriculum following a nurture model.
