This rare opportunity to join an Ofsted Outstanding adult education center in Cranleigh, near Guildford, arises following an internal promotion. The centre supports nearly 40 learners with Autism and associated conditions, offering specialist day services with individualised learning support tailored to their needs. Key Skills required:

-Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

-Comfortable working with challenging behaviour

-Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff

-A positive and resilient attitude

-Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable

-Care certificate is desirable

-Own means of transport
