The centre supports nearly 40 learners with Autism and associated conditions, offering specialist day services with individualised learning support tailored to their needs. Key Skills required:

-Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

-Comfortable working with challenging behaviour

-Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff

-A positive and resilient attitude

-Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable

-Care certificate is desirable

-Own means of transport
