Job description
In recent years, both the staff and student body at CICT has significantly increased, particularly in HE. To ensure CICT continues to offer a high-quality learning experience for all of its students, we are looking for a HE Teaching & Learning Manager. This role will lead on the development and intervention of teaching staff at CICT.
In this role, you will work with the Head of Quality and other key colleagues to identify training needs, evaluate and prioritise requests and plan how agreed development will be met. You will formally report on progress through established meetings and sub-committees and will lead on reviewing relevant policies to enhance all teaching and learning activities.
You will play a vital role in the induction of new staff, as well as supporting existing staff who are working towards pertinent qualifications such as HEA.
This role is full time and permanent, and the successful candidate would retain a HE teaching load of between 7 and 10 hours per week.

We may undertake online research of candidates in our pre-employment checks, in line with the KCSIE guidance.
