Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: NE39 area
Year Group: Year 4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Duration: Immediate start until Easter

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in the NE39 area. In this role, you will provide tailored support to a child in Year 4, focusing on behavior management strategies to ensure their success in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalised support to a student with behavioral needs, implementing effective behavior management techniques.
Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualised support plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the student's social and academic development.Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a 1:1 capacity.
Strong understanding of behavior management strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals.
Relevant qualifications and certifications are desirable.Benefits:
