Randstad Education is currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Supply Teachers to join our team. The role is temporary and allows the flexibility for you to choose when and where you work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Deliver effective and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.
• Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by seamlessly integrating into different school settings and following the curriculum guidelines.
• Assessment: Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff and colleagues to contribute to a positive school culture and environment.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about educational developments, trends, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to different school settings.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
