We are seeking individuals with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working across all year groups. The roles available can be either full-time or part-time, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day assignments to long-term placements.

Job Description:

As a ECT, you will have the valuable opportunity to gain experience and refine your teaching skills by working in a variety of classrooms and educational settings. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, adapting teaching strategies, managing classroom behavior, and assessing student progress. Additionally, for those interested and suitable, there is the potential to complete all or part of your ECT induction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Completion of a recognised teacher training program and attainment of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Must have an enhanced DBS, registered on the update service.
