Are you an accomplished Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of young learners? Accelerate Teaching are looking for a highly experienced SEN TA to join our team and work with our client primary schools within the Keighley area of Bradford. We are looking for teaching assistants that are happy to travel to Keighley and happy to work within the primary schools within this area. We have positions starting as soon as possible across the Keighley area as an SEN TA, some offering employment until the July 2024.

As an SEN TA, you will play a pivotal role in empowering pupils with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or small group support, assisting the class teacher, and adapting learning materials to suit individual requirements. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of success and experience as an SEN TA in a primary school setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Be available 5 days per week in term time (Bradford)
• Flexibility, patience, and adaptability to cater to varying needs.
• A Team Teach qualification is desirable although not essential.
• You must be happy to travel to Keighley and work within the primary schools in this area.
