Cover Teacher (Without QTS)
Location: Cheshire West
Start date: ASAP
Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an Unqualified Cover Teacher to start at a vibrant Secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent. This will be a long term role running to the end of the academic year, paying a minimum of £90 per day. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering lessons to groups of over 25 students.
About The School:
- A large secondary school
- Lessons taught at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4
- Supportive team and a strong leader
- Department with a collaborative approach to planning, delivery, and assessment
The ideal Cover Teacher will:
- Be confident with leading GCSE sessions
- Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
- Have good behaviour management skills
The successful Teacher will have the following:
- UK classroom cover experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Be able to provide 2 professional references
- A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
