Maths Teacher Person Specification: You will need to be an ambitious Maths Teacher who has been acknowledged as a 'Good' or better teacher out of observations and can keep up the school's rapid improvement. This post requires a Maths teacher who has the skills to show a thorough understanding of the curriculum and possesses strong behaviour management and a reflective approach to teaching. You will possess a real determination to add to the school's push for improvement, pushing yourself to help sustain the excellent forward momentum already in place.
