Duties

You will work 1:1 with children and support their learning and general well-being in the classroom and ensure that every opportunity is available to reach their full potential.  You will work in a caring, professional, and supportive manner so that the children feel safe and enjoy their learning experience.  You will also support them with care needs at times as well as positive behaviour support, adopting an individualised approach to each child.

You will support the Class Teacher to enable them to provide a high quality, challenging and engaging educational activities alongside a broad-spectrum curriculum. 

Criteria

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car – desirable.
• Level 3 Qualification in Social Care or Teaching & Learning in Schools.
• Experience of SEN or SEMH/ASD or ability to adapt.
• Understanding of Safeguarding.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car – desirable.
