Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of English looking for a new challenge?

We are currently working with a school based in St Neots that are looking to appoint a Teacher of English to teach young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs between the ages of 11 and 16. The School are looking for a Teacher to start ASAP with experience of teaching English at KS3 & KS4. This is a full time Temp - Perm position.

Responsibilities of an English Teacher:
* Craft and deliver engaging English lessons for students in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and KS5.
* Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for literature and language.
* Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with curriculum standards.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
* Collaborate with the English department to enhance the overall learning experience.
* Dedicate time for planning and marking, with scheduled time on the timetable for these activities.

English Teacher: Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Specialization in English education.
* Proven experience teaching English to students in Key Stages 3 and 4
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
