A large Primary School based in the borough of Bromley are looking for a SENCO with QTS to start ASAP on a permanent or long term contract term time only.
The right SEN Leader will have the following experience:
*Qualified teacher with at least three years’ experience across at least two phases in the primary sector.
*Evidence of continuous professional development with particular reference to SEND.
*Experience of leading a team of teachers/support staff on a curriculum initiative/aspect.
*Experience of working with a range of other agencies/professionals.
*Experience of budget management.
*Experience of leading CPD for teachers/support staff.
*Experience of working alongside other teachers in the development of teaching and learning, offering advice and support.
*Experience of setting targets and monitoring, evaluating and recording progress.
