                                                                                        Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Regular School Hours

                                                                                        Daily Rate: £77 to £115 per day (Dependent on experience)

Protocol Education is currently seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant for opportunities in Greenwich. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of effectively supporting SEND students, whether individually or in small groups.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Resilience and adeptness in overcoming challenges
  • Compassion and patience when working with students with SEND
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Immediate availability to begin work

Role Overview:

  • Provide tailored support to individual students with SEND
  • Cultivate a nurturing environment conducive to social, emotional, and educational growth
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) to develop and implement personalized learning and care plans
  • Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with the school's SEN team and ensuring targets are met

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
