About the Role:

• Providing one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Assisting the class teacher in creating and delivering tailored learning activities
• Supporting students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to meet the individual needs of each student

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN, either in a school setting or elsewhere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of students
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development
