We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in Sheffield on a regular supply basis, who can engage students, lead the classroom and be proactive. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include leading the classroom in the absence of the class teacher, working collaboratively with other support staff in the classroom, building rapport with students, meeting the daily targets and ensuring all children are engaged and learning with necessary support available.

the requirements:

• (Must) Hold a relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• (Must) Hold eligibility to work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad).
• Previous experience supporting KS1/ KS2.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
