About the Role: As a Daily Supply Teacher with Protocol Education, you will have the flexibility to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools on a day-to-day basis. Whether you're seeking short-term assignments or exploring different school environments, this role offers the flexibility to suit your schedule while gaining valuable experience and making a difference in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and impactful lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, following school policies and curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and establish rapport with students to create a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow lesson plans provided, ensuring continuity and progression in students' learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and provide support to students as needed to promote their academic and personal development.
• Maintain professional standards and uphold the values and ethos of each school you work in, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working as a teacher in primary or secondary education settings.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week, with flexibility to cover short-term assignments and last-minute bookings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different school cultures and environments.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.
