The role: Education support staff
Education support staff must have time, patience and empathy to support pupils with their learning. For this role you will be expected to support class teacher with observing and planning for pupils next steps, provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for pupils to learn, create learning materials for lessons needed that week and providing one-to-one support for pupils who need it.
