Cover Supervisor

LTF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School based in the DE55 area.

Role: Cover Supervisor

Days: Monday - Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Weekly Pay: £400 - £480 Take Home Pay

The role involves overseeing classes of 25 - 30 students while they complete work that has been previously set for them by an absent teacher. You will be required to oversee the completion of work within a variety of different subjects, including Maths, English, Science etc. The school expect their cover supervisors to support learners academic progress where possible whilst also ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is adhered to at all times.

The school are looking for a candidate who can commit to working on a full-time basis and who have the ability to be flexible and willing to get involved within a variety of subjects across the school's curriculum.

Required to be a successful Cover Supervisor:

• Previous experience working with children aged 11-16. This can be in a school setting or outside of education, such as sports coaching or youth work.
• A desire to make a difference to students and their education.
• A willingness to get involved in a variety of different subjects across the school's curriculum - Maths & English specialisms are ideal.
