Accelerate Teaching is delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Primary School in Leeds as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, specifically focusing on supporting two children in Reception with Autism and ADHD. The position is available after the Easter break, and we invite dedicated professionals to apply and be a part of our inclusive educational community.

Your responsibilities will include providing tailored assistance to these students, aiding their academic progress, facilitating social interactions, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborating closely with the teaching team, you will contribute to individualized education plans and engage in effective communication with parents and relevant stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Essentials:

  • Relevant experience working with children with Autism and ADHD, preferably in a school setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting and empowering children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
