Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. The Role…no two days are ever the same!

• Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
• Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
• Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
• Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. Requirements:

• Desire to make a difference
• Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Resilient, reliable and versatile
• Hold either a degree or previous experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring etc)
• Possess an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be happy to apply for a new one (we can help with this)
