Qualifications and Experience:

• Teaching qualification preferred, but open to Psychology graduates with experience working with young people.
• Enhanced DBS check is essential.
• ECT's (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply; this is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience.

Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to KS4&5 secondary students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic achievement.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Provide pastoral support to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures.
