You will be primarily responsible for proactively sourcing new business within your dedicated sales territory, whilst building and maintaining accounts and relationships to promote longevity in relationships.

This is a field-based role covering the Colchester region, where you'll report to the Sales Director and will be tasked with the following:

- Effectively selling a wide range of products to gain a good mix in view of building loyal and profitable accounts

- Speaking with a variety of clients on a daily basis, and gaining appropriate knowledge of what a client and/or candidate needs at any given time

- Attending face-to-face meetings within given territory (south east)

What experience do I need?

My client wants someone who's got a background in generation of new business opportunities. They'll also need you to have experience of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Plus, you'll need some experience of Account Management with a proven track record of developing and growing sales within new and existing accounts.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

- Excellent communication skills

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

We need you to be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be able to manage existing client relationships as well as develop new ones.

What can I earn?

This Sales Account Manager position offers a basic salary between £25,000 - £40,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £10,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets
