THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE

Apprenticeships provide learners an opportunity to learn and apply academic and technical skills in their real work setting. Curriculum and Quality Leads play an integral part in this process, ensuring that quality is promoted and maintained along with continuous curriculum development improvements to meet the needs of apprentices, employers and wider stakeholders. The role requires you to be an expert in your field so you can impart quality and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure all learners receive the highest quality experience across their learner journey and in line with company expectations and external requirements.
  • Plan the learners’ intent within the ILP and ensure robust IAG starts the learner journey.
  • Implement teaching and facilitate learning, adhering not only to the standards of the apprenticeship programme but the wider skills beyond it.
  • Operate within the delivery framework to maintain operational consistency & ensure learner & quality progress.
  • Ensure all your professional practice records are up to date to ensure reporting to management is accurate.
  • Deliver KPI’s in line with company expectations.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with wider teams in order to support the delivery of the business plan.
  • Participate/lead on internal quality assurance activities/training, working with the Head of Quality & Delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing learners and clients assuring the company brand is synonymous with and recognised for quality of service.
  • Represent the organisation on public occasions, such as recruitment events and to promote the best interests of the organisation by creating a positive impression of the organisation.
  • Maintain strong links with team members, ensuring all activity is complementary and utilises the existing knowledge, expertise and resources.
  • Manage your own CPD through undertaking relevant training and sharing of best practice.
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
  • Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent & Health & Safety Policies & be always vigilant to potential concerns & risks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
  • Teaching/tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
  • Internal quality assurance (IQA qualified): 1 year (required) Licence/Certification:
  • GPhC registration (required)
