Are you a seasoned trainer within the adult care sector with a knack for teaching, particularly apprenticeships?

Our client present an enticing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our Healthcare Team as a hybrid-based Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer.

As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care to a minimum caseload of 45 learners. This role blends remote work with occasional in-person visits to learners for progress reviews and additional tutoring as needed in your designated region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding a caseload of learners towards achieving their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment
• Regularly assessing work and offering constructive feedback, including attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar, while updating the E-Portfolio system (Aptem)
• Identifying and assisting learners with additional learning needs, utilising the neurodiversity platform Cognassist for support
• Ensuring the promotion and continual monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the job role

Experience and skills

• Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS or equivalent.
• Occupational competent in the health and social care industry.
• Relevant qualification up to level 5 in health and social care.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships. 
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage high caseloads
