Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Class Teachers to join our team starting in September. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 students, depending on experience and preference. These positions offer long-term and permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a UK school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
