Role Overview: My Client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their esteemed team. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with educators to design and deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and holistic development.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to working within a dynamic school environment.
