1-1 Tutor 

1st Staff are currently recruiting for a 1-1 tutor who can commute to Cambridge to work a maximum of 30 hours a week with 2 students under the age of 16. The role will be to deliver sessions on a 1:1 basis for 2 students, Both with a range of SEN.   

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering 1-1 tuition, a strong background in education and working with children/ young adults with a variety of SEN. Ideally have experience delivering core subjects. - Hours Varied, between 11am – 4pm. 

• Location: - Cambridge - within the Family home. 

• Working hours – Maximum 30 hours per week 

• Start date – Immediately 

• Hourly rate – £18 – £25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.  

• On going placement 

Experience Required  

– Working with a range of SEN Sudents 

Duties 

• Able to provide 1:1 Tuition to focus on Baking, playing with K’necks & Lego. 

• Support to learn the core subjects.  

• Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment 

• Provide mentoring to help students build confidence and overcome challenges
